Yes, you can add a block to the header section of your website.
Assigning a block to your header or footer allows you to:
Add any blocks to the "Header Section".
Re-arrange or move a block into the header.
Hide/Show the header on a page level.
1. To add a block to the header section, hover over the header section and select the "+" icon. This will add a block to the page.
2. To move the block to the header, simply drag the block into the header section.
This will make the block visible on all pages.
3. Toggle the "Show on page" button on\off to show\hide the block.
