Yes, you can add a webhook directly to your contact form settings. To access your contact form settings, follow the steps below:
1. Log in to your dashboard and select the Make Your Own Design Changes tile.
2. Select the page where your contact form is located.
3. Select the CTA button (Send Message), and then select the gear (
) to access the settings. Select Advanced Settings.
You can integrate with any CRM or leads management application as long as it supports a webhook integration. You can also use a workflow automation application (middle-ware) like Zapier, Automate, or integromat.
Goal: To send the lead information collected from a form to a leads automation solution (Keap).
Tool/Platform used: Zapier
Zap: Connect the ‘Webhook’ configured on the Form to ‘Keap’.
Trigger: Choose the app as ‘Webhook by Zapier’ and the trigger to be set as ‘Catch Webhook’ (copy the webhook generated and configure in the contact form on the website).
Action: Choose the desired app thats available. In this case (Keap), the data is mapped across and it's ready to go.
