  To access Testimonial Collector, select the Get 5 Star Reviews tile. Confirm your business name and select Get Started. Your business name will appear in both text and email surveys, and it can be updated in the future.

  To send a survey from the Your Customers section, select the Your Customers tile.  To send the customer a survey, select the Send Survey icon. Select “Yes” from the pop-up menu to confirm.
