How do I add a form to a block on my website?
To add a form to a block, select the Manage Your Site tile.
Select the “+” icon where you want to add the form and then select the Form icon.
Select which email address you want the form to be sent to. You can add multiple emails. You can also select forms to be sent to the admin group. Adjust messages that appear when form submission is successful and unsuccessful
