To display emails from another platform, you need to add the account through Preferences > Accounts.
1. Select one of the email providers displayed.
2. A form will appear requiring you to fill out the following information:
3. Once you've completed this, select Connect.
Note: If you take an action in Webmail while operating from another account, the changes will be reflected in the account you are using. (i.e. if you have a Gmail account connected to Webmail and made changes within the Webmail environment, they will be reflected in your Gmail account)
Custom Email Account Setup
If you choose a custom account/domain you will see the following form:
We recommend you go into the account settings of the email you want to add, and find the information required to complete the connection under preferences/settings.
You should be able to locate the incoming mail server, port, encryption and outgoing mail server and port. Be sure to check that POP/IMAP are enabled in your email account settings.
