You can edit your survey's welcome message using the mobile app.

Select Setup.

Select the Click to Edit link.

Edit the welcome message and select Save.

Select the tags icon to add a tag to your welcome message.

Select the copy icon next to the tag you would like to use.

Tap the area in the welcome message where you would like to add the tag and select Paste. 

The tag has been added. 

Select the platforms you would like your customers to leave a review on. Scroll down to view all review platforms. 

You have the option to auto-share reviews to your social media. Select the toggle button to enable or disable this feature. Select the star rating you would like to share. We recommend only auto-sharing 5 star reviews.

Select the social platforms you'd like to share to: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Tumblr, and your website. 

Select Save to update your settings.
