How do I edit a group of leads in the CRM of my IDX solution?

Users of our CRM can select multiple leads to edit, delete, download, etc.
CRM is an add-on feature for our IDX solution. Contact your account manager to learn more about adding this feature.
You can access your CRM by logging in to your IDX.
Once you log in, select the CRM tab and the dashboard will load.


Select the Lead List on the menu to the left.



On the right, select the checkbox next to every lead you want to edit.
You can use the pagination buttons on the bottom to view more leads and the leads on the previous page will remain checked.
Select the “Edit # Leads” drop-down to reveal edit options. Select the action you want to take on the leads you selected.
If you select the checkbox in the first row, all leads will be selected.

The following are your editing options:
Add tags - Select tag(s) you want added to the leads selected.
Remove tags - Select a tag you want removed from the leads selected.
Update Pipeline Stage - Change the pipeline stage for all leads selected to the stage chosen.
Add to Campaign - Add all selected leads to a Marketing Automation Campaign.
Delete - Delete all selected leads. You will be prompted to confirm you want to delete all leads.
Export to CSV - Download a CSV file with lead detail information for all leads selected.
