To set up email on your mobile device (iPhone), first tap on the settings icon on your phones home scree.
Select Passwords & Accounts.
Select Add Account.
Select Other.
Select Add Mail Account.
Enter your account credentials.
Settings are specific to your email account:
Name: is the name you want to give this email account for example; "Business Name".
Email: Is the email address given to you by your account manager or support rep when you signed up for our email service.
Password: Is the password for the email address provided along with the email address.
Description: Is a brief phrase describing this email account, for example; "For work and business only".
Select IMAP as your email protocol, and enter all the requested information.
These settings are specific to your email account information provided to you by your account manager:
Name: The name you want to this email account, this can be anything you want, for example; "Business Name" or "Info email".
Email: Is the email address given to you by your account manager or support rep when you signed up for our email service.
Description: Is a brief phrase describing this email account, for example; "For work and business only".
Incoming Mail Server
Host Name: mail.momailpro.com
User Name: is the same as the email address.
Password: is the same as your email password.
Outgoing Mail Server
Host Name: mail.momailpro.com
User Name: Can be left blank
Password: Can be left blank
If you are asked to connect without an SSL, select Yes.
iMail (iPhones email app) will always prompt for an SSL, if it does not detect an SSL on the first try; However, we always maintain and up to date and active SSL on our email servers.
The device will connect to the mail servers and display a checkmark next to each field to verify the connection.
If any area is showing with a red X, you may need to go back and check the settings you entered.
You will be asked to connect mail and/or notes. After you make your selection, select Save.
Navigate to your home screen and select the mail app.
Select the inbox to view your email.
Your email should be all set up now.
