The objective of the Social Asset Collector is to help the business owner to upload any images he would like to share on social media. One of our expert social managers will review it, make any necessary edits, write a compelling caption, and optimize it for your social channels.
When can I edit the post?
Once the image is uploaded and available in the My Assets section. the status will be “In Review” status. The business owner can edit the post at this stage.
The business owner can also edit the post during the approval stage from the email.
When will notifications be triggered?
The notification will be triggered when the social media manager starts to work on the asset and a second notification will be triggered when the post is sent for customer/ business owner approval.
Where can I see the notifications?
The owner can see the notifications through email, SMS, DCC and on the app through push notification.
What happens if I upload more than 1 image?
If the user uploads more than two images together then a pop-up is triggered and the user will be asked to either create a single post or create a post for each of the images individually.
When will the post be scheduled once it is approved by the business owner?
Once the business owner approves the post then the post will be scheduled to be published at the next date scheduled under auto schedule.
What happens if the business owner doesn’t take any action on the Needs approval stage for 24 hours?
If the business owner doesn’t approve or rejects the post within 24 hours, then the post is auto-approved and auto-scheduled for the next available date.
What are the options available under the Filter option?
The filter option has In Review, Working on it, Needs Approval, Scheduled and Cancelled options.
