When your customer receives a survey via text, they will see your customized welcome message.

They can tap the link in the survey to leave a review on your selected platforms. 

To manage your text survey settings, log in to you DCC, go to the "5 star reviews" tile:

Select SETTINGS, then TEXT:

You can preview your TEXT survey, or select "Click to Edit" to modify.
